Praia, Nov 18 (Inforpress) – The rector of UniPiaget, the institution’s general administrator, and the representative of the Embassy of the Czech Republic today defended, at the International Forum, the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to strengthen education, research, and international cooperation.

The Jean Piaget University of Cabo Verde (UniPiaget) hosted the International Forum on Artificial Intelligence in Academic and Scientific Cooperation today at its Praia campus, bringing together academics, diplomats, and experts to discuss how AI can boost partnerships in the Lusophone space and in West Africa.

At the opening of the event, the rector of UniPiaget, Joanita Rodrigues, highlighted the importance of AI as a driving force for transformation in higher education.

“Artificial Intelligence is no longer just a technological tool; it is a new language of thought that challenges us to reimagine education, science, and the very relationship between humans and the digital world,” she said.
