Porto Novo: Residents suggest construction of alternative road to Alto Mira with safe conditions

Porto Novo, Sep 12 (Inforpress) – Residents of Alto Mira, in the municipality of Porto Novo, in Santo Antão, today suggested the construction of an alternative road to this agricultural and tourist area, which offers complete safety to vehicles and people.

The access road to Alto Mira is considered by locals to be the most dangerous in Cabo Verde, given the constant falling rocks along the road, which permanently put people's lives at risk.

The population believes that the construction of the alternative road is possible and asked the authorities to consider this possibility.
