Mindelo, Sep 12 (Inforpress) – The 28th edition of the International Theatre Festival, Mindelact, scheduled for November 4-13, next, in Mindelo, and with extension in the City of Praia, will have the participation of companies and artists representing from 12 different countries.
According to the statement of the Artistic Association Mindelact, the countries represented will be Cabo Verde, South Africa, Portugal, Brazil, Angola, Spain, the Netherlands, Côte d’Ivoire, England, Mozambique, France and Ukraine.
The shows will take place on three different stages, and “stage one” will receive the “Pantera” show, by the dance company Clara Andermatt, in honor to Orlando Pantera, which premiered this year in Portugal and which has the participation of several artists including singer Mayra Andrade.
There will also be the shows “Provavelmente Saramago”, by Vinícius Piedade (Brazil), “A Peste Branca”, by the Theater Group of CCP Mindelo (Cabo Verde), “Transfiguration” by Oliver Sagazan (France) and “Pinha ma Kentei” by Juventude em Marcha theater group among other performances from England, Côte d’Ivoire and Portugal.
