Praia, Mar 1 (Inforpress) – The Secretary of State for Digital Economy, Pedro Lopes, represents Cape Verde in the Ministerial program within the scope of the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain.
According to the press release, the event, which runs from February 27 to March 2, is a meeting of capital importance for the connectivity ecosystem for the most varied range of players globally, bringing together mobile operators, device manufacturers, technology providers, vendors, content owners, and others.
According to the note, this is an important participation by Cape Verde, if only because of the investments that the country is making in setting up a digital ecosystem that serves our sub-region.
Pedro Lopes will take advantage of this trip to, among other things, undertake efforts to strengthen partnerships that enhance opportunities, promote and consolidate the ecosystem that Cape Verde is building and that is intended to have a real impact on improving the lives of Cape Verdeans. Above all, the young people, and even if it translates into the creation of wealth- with a real impact on the national GDP.
