Praia, Aug 11 (Inforpress) – The Sotavento Chamber of Commerce (CCS) will bring together the Cabo Verdean business fabric and gain new lines of action, after the merger with the Sotavento Commercial Association (ACS).
The finding was made today in the City of Praia by the president of CCS, Marcos Rodrigues, on the margins of the event to transfer responsibilities, whose purpose is to constitute a strong business organization in the region, in order to ensure greater representation and notoriety in business terms, optimizing means, resources and efforts.
“CCS now has more power, more consistency and begins to bring together the Cabo Verdean business fabric (…) it has the strength and dynamics to negotiate and be able to make its weight felt in the national market”, he pointed out.
In this sense, it has made progress that the lines of action will increase with a greater presence in national and international for a, as well as in organisations interacting with the national private business sector, namely the United Nations, the European Union and Luxembourg.
