Praia, Mar 7 (Inforpress) – The Minister of Cooperation, Humanitarian Action and the Economy of Luxembourg announced this Tuesday, in Praia, that the Luxembourgish Government will support Cape Verde with 85 million euros for the period of 2021 to 2025.
Franz Fayot made the announcement on the sidelines of the XXII Meeting of the Cape Verde – Luxembourg Partnership Committee, which took place today and marks the celebration of 30 years of cooperation between Cape Verde and Luxembourg.
This amount will be invested in the areas of youth employability, professional training, energy transition, local development and Health.
The main objectives of the meeting were to analyze the implementation situation of the V Indicative Cooperation Program (PIC) since the last Partnership Commission (held in January 2022) and to jointly identify the priorities and challenges for 2023.
