Praia, Feb 14 (Inforpress) – The Praia residents heard by Inforpress considered that Valentine’s Day, celebrated today, is just another normal day and although there is no “magic way” for a long-lasting relationship, there are always clues to follow to “keep the flame alive”.
On Valentine’s Day, Inforpress went out on the streets and talked to several people, including couples, couple living in a non-marital partnership, newly-married and married for several years.
Domingas Gonçalves, Suzete Almeida, Dainira Gonçalves, Maurício Monteiro, Patrick Almeida, Kelvin Fernandes and Vanessa Lopes were the ones who offered to speak to the Cabo Verdean Press Agency.
During our report, it was possible to verify that, while for couples who live in a non-marital partnership and for those who are married, Valentine’s Day is like any other day, for some of the youngest and who are still at the beginning of their relationship, this day is a demonstration of gestures of affection and love through the exchange of gifts, romantic dinners, among others.
