Sal Island: Prime Minister encourages young people to move forward and to keep running after their aspirations

Espargos, Feb 13 (Inforpress) – The Prime Minister on Wednesday encouraged young people, in Sal, to move forward and to keep running after their aspirations, referring to the founder of WebSummit, Paddy Cosgrave, as a source of inspiration for young Cabo Verdean talents.

Ulisses Correia e Silva launched this challenge, on the Sal Island, during a conversation of the 6th edition of the “Prime Minister Speaker” within the scope of CV NEX, where he had as special guest, Paddy Cosgrave, founder and chairman of the board of directors, WebSummit – a Europe’s largest technology conference.

CV NEX is a brand that intends to project Cabo Verde for the future and for innovation, to show what the Cabo Verdeans is making as innovative, whether in the national territory or elsewhere. Paddy Cosgrave is an Irish entrepreneur, considered one of the most influential names in the world in relation to technology.

On the occasion, reiterating that Paddy Cosgrave “is a source of inspiration for everyone”, and particularly for young people, the head of the Cabo Verdean executive, challenges the youth to undertake more.
