Praia, Jun 21 (Inforpress) – The Secretary of State for Innovation and Professional Training, Pedro Lopes, on Thursday challenged Cabo Verde and Portugal to strengthen relations in the area of innovation, claiming that the archipelago wants to try new products and do business.
The ruler, who was speaking at the closing ceremony of the conference on “Business dynamization – experiences and challenges”, taking place in one of the hotels in the country’s capital, also stressed that the area of innovation will also benefit from many new features.
“This is the path that has already been launched and where the historical ties between Cabo Verde and Portugal have to be realized with the economy, business and much more”, said Pedro Lopes.
According to the Secretary of State for Innovation and Vocational Training, the agreement signed today between Pro-Empresa and its Portuguese counterpart IAPMEI, which already existed in ADEI’s time, will serve to strengthen cooperation between the two institutions.
