Porto Novo: Municipality plans to invest eight thousand contos in rehabilitation of health infrastructures

Porto Novo, Feb 02 (Inforpress) – The Porto Novo Municipal Council plans to invest around eight thousand contos this year in the rehabilitation of health infrastructures in the municipality, according to the municipal investment plan.

One of the infrastructures to be rehabilitated shortly is the basic health unit of Chã de Norte, which is in an advanced state of deterioration.

Inforpress also learned from the municipal council that the rehabilitation of the basic health unit is part of a broader set of investments being implemented in Chã de Norte in the areas of health, water supply and urban upgrading.

Overall, municipal investments in the health sector in Porto Novo this year are expected to amount to around 15 thousand contos.
