Order of Engineers/Election of President: Candidate Manuel Fernandes proposes creation of digital NGO

Praia, Feb 20 (Inforpress) – Engineer Manuel Fernandes stated today that, should he win the election for President of the Order of Engineers, he intends to create a digital NGO for the issuance of documents and to assist engineers.

In statements to Inforpress, the candidate said that the motivation for his candidacy arose from the need to collaborate with the Order of Engineers of Cabo Verde, through the implementation of various activities which, according to him, he has been developing since 2021.

“We have carried out various works and have several projects to complete,” the candidate declared, adding that he also proposes the continuation of the platform for the creation of technical engineering journals.

According to the candidate, it is a platform in which engineers discuss and deepen science and research and which serves to disseminate research works.
