Praia, Jan 30 (Inforpress) – The President of the Cabo Verde Engineers Association (OECV) considered Wednesday the first edition of the Engineers Newsletter, a new electronic publication that aims to contribute to encourage research and the presentation of technical articles.
Carlos Monteiro made these considerations in a statement to Inforpress, on the sidelines of the launch of the first edition of the Engineers Newsletter, a publication with free access and available at www.oecv.cv quarterly.
“It is an electronic format newspaper with information of a technical and scientific nature from the engineers working in Cabo Verde. The publication aims to publicize the work has been carried out in the country since independence until the present date and includes the Serra Malagueta road, natural parks, airports and ports, among others,” he explained.
In addition to these, he stated that engineers from different areas have contributed a lot to the country’s development, particularly in the IT and telecommunications sector, everything that is connected to the Operational Nucleus of the Information Society (NOSI), as well as to the domain of communication.
