Ministry of Defense honors Colonel Philippe Troistorff with Second Class Service Medal

Praia, Jul 15 (Inforpress) – The Ministry of Defense will award Colonel Philippe Troistorff, who served as Attaché for the Defense of the French Republic accredited to Cabo Verde.

According to the Defense Ministry, “it is fair to emphasize the worthy contribution lent by Colonel Philippe Troistorff in the continuation of all projects, and events carried out or underway, during these three years in which he served as Attaché of Defense.

To the same source, Colonel Philippe Troistorff has always carried out his duties with “high efficiency, enthusiasm and dedication”, assuming “a committed, diligent and highly available attitude” to establish the necessary and appropriate contacts in the Ministry of Defense, The Armed Forces, the French Armed Forces and the French Elements in Senegal, in “building solutions” for the most diverse situations and scenarios placed.

It is also worth noting that the French Defense Secretary’s attaché accredited to Cabo Verde encouraged the participation of Cabo Verdean military personnel in seminars, conferences and forums held or financed by France in the donation of materials and was involved in negotiations for a cooperation agreement in Cabo Verde in the field of defense.
