Eighty-six young people complete training in Cooking and Pastry at the School of Hotel Management and Tourism

Praia, July 17 (Inforpress) - Eighty-six trainees completed intensive training in Cooking and Pastry at the Cabo Verde School of Hotel Management and Tourism (EHTCV), and will now go on to do internships in various hotels and restaurants across the country.

According to a note from the organisation, the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the 23rd edition of the course will take place at 3pm in the courtyard of the EHTCV student residence and school hotel in Palmarejo Grande, Praia.

Among the 86 young people, eleven are from Guinea-Bissau and São Tomé and Príncipe, and according to the school, they will return to their countries of origin.

The event will be chaired by the Minister for Investment Promotion and Business Promotion, Eurico Monteiro.
