Praia, Jul 23 (Inforpress) – Three young entrepreneurs launched this Monday, in the city of Praia, the “Casas Morabeza” project, which aims to diversify the national tourism offer and create business opportunities for Cabo Verdean families.
Speaking to the press on the sidelines of the launching ceremony, one of the project’s mentors, Iazalte da Moura, explained that with this project the Cabo Verdean families or individuals will have the opportunity to make their homes available to national and international tourists where will be able to share the gastronomy and coexistence.
Through the platform www.casasmorabeza.com these people can register and will be selected according to the policy created by the project mentors. However, to be part of this circuit, they must have minimal language knowledge such as French, English and Spanish.
In this first phase, the project starts with five houses in the Santiago island, and, according to Iazalte da Moura, will allow Cabo Verdean families to share their dining and interaction experience in order to create business opportunities and bring families together in this sector.
Regarding the quality of service provided, Iazalte da Moura said that each family has a responsibility to know what type of product they will place and make available on the platform.
