Praia, May 6 (Inforpress) – Cabo Verde and Portugal are signing a joint bilateral agreement in the city of Praia this Monday in the field of Education and to comply the Sustainable Development Goals.
According to a press release, the signing ceremony is part of the implementation of the School Libraries Network (RBE) and the National Reading Plan (NLP).
The purpose of the joint bilateral agreement is to develop reading skills, broaden and deepen reading habits, and to comply with paragraph 4 of the Sustainable Development Objective set out in United Nations Agenda 2030.
The document will be signed by the Minister of Education, Maritza Rosabal, the Minister of Culture and Creative Industries, Abraão Vicente, and the Portuguese Minister of Education, Tiago Brandão Rodrigues.
