Brava: Olavo Correia challenges young people to be entrepreneurs looking for solutions

Nova Sintra, Aug 14 (Inforpress) – Deputy Prime Minister Olavo Correia today challenged young people in Nova Sintra to be entrepreneurs and to take every opportunity available to develop the island.

The Minister of Finance also launched this challenge at the closing of the presentation ceremony of 2019 training offers, professional internships and funding opportunities, held in the City Hall, attended by young people and various partners of these programs.

According to the minister, there are opportunities in Cabo Verde in tourism, fisheries, transport, technologies and the financial system, but stressed the importance of Cabo Verdeans to realize that, besides the investment made by foreigners, who makes the development of the country are the Cabo Verdeans. For this, he continued, it is necessary an “entrepreneurial people, trained and educated with quality”.

According to the ruler, besides being formed, it is necessary to be an entrepreneurial people, who can identify business opportunities in the most diverse domains, that can create jobs, generate income and make the economy develop.
