Encantar Cabo Verde 2026 brings international guest and focuses on enhancing service quality

City of Praia, 09 Mar (Inforpress) – The sixth edition of Encantar Cabo Verde will take place on 09 May at Tech Park, in Praia, with the participation of Brazilian specialist Gustavo Ferreira, in addition to conferences, business exhibitions and the awarding of the CAC Prize.

According to the event promoter Luzito Veiga, speaking to Inforpress, the fourth edition of Encantar Cabo Verde will be held under the theme “Cabo Verde a Winning Nation” and will present several new features, notably the participation of Brazilian digital marketing specialist Gustavo Ferreira, author of the book “Mental Triggers”, who will be one of the speakers on the event’s main stage.

Luzito Veiga added that, besides the international guest, the main stage will also feature eight or nine national and international speakers who will address topics related to customer service, marketing and professional motivation.

The event will also include the “Expo Encantar” space, dedicated to the exhibition of companies linked to the customer service and client relationship sector, as well as three side conferences aimed at debates on different areas, including business and sports.
