Porto Novo: Municipality ensures conditions are in place for rehabilitation of Municipal Stadium changing rooms

Porto Novo, Mar 03 (Inforpress) – The Porto Novo municipal authority assured today that conditions are in place for the rehabilitation, in the near future, of the changing rooms of the Porto Novo Municipal Stadium, which are currently in an advanced state of deterioration.

The Councillor for Sports, Juari Nobre, confirmed that the interventions in the Municipal Stadium changing rooms result from a protocol signed on Monday between the municipality and the company MJ Importação e Exportação, which will supply, virtually free of charge, the materials required for the works.

In return, the City Council will make available spaces within the Municipal Stadium for the company to advertise its products.

The deteriorated condition of the Porto Novo Municipal Stadium facilities has raised concerns among clubs and supporters in this sports region, who have been warning about the “poor conditions” of the sanitary facilities of this sports infrastructure.
