NOSi/SETIC FP: Cabo Verde and Angola sign protocol on cybersecurity, internal control and customer service

City of Praia, Mar 03 (Inforpress) – The Operational Centre for the Information Society (NOSi) and Angola’s Public Finance Information and Communication Technology Service (SETIC FP) signed today a memorandum aimed at capacity-building in cybersecurity and customer service.

Speaking to the press, NOSi Board Member Mayra Silva stated that the strengthening of cooperation between the two telecommunications entities seeks to share knowledge and work jointly in the areas of cybersecurity, audit, internal control and customer service.

According to Mayra Silva, these actions will be reflected in the knowledge and experience of digital transformation and modernisation in the field of public finance.

“It is a market that is very important to us, as it also consolidates our objective of internationalisation, taking NOSi’s experience in digital governance abroad,” the Board Member explained, expressing confidence in the partnership and its benefits for both countries.
