Solange Cesarovna releases single “África em Mim” in partnership with Carlinhos Brown

Praia, 19 August (Inforpress) – Cape Verdean singer Solange Cesarovna has now released the single “África em Mim” on digital platforms, in collaboration with Brazilian artist Carlinhos Brown, marking the start of the “Conexão África Brasil” project

In a statement sent to Inforpress this Tuesday, the artist stated that the project aims to bring Cabo Verde, Brazil, and other African countries closer together through music and cultural exchange, focusing on the historical, cultural, and ancestral relationships between the two sides of the Atlantic.

“África em Mim” features compositions by Solange Cesarovna and Carlinhos Brown and is part of a project that brings together compositions and collaborations with Brazilian artists and composers, including Evandro Okán, Lary, Délcio Luiz, Macau, Max Viana, Gabriel Viana, Layla, Pretinho da Serrinha, Kainã do Jêje, Lucas Cirillo, Detona Cry, Ariel Donato and Lucas Sir.
