The Council of Ministers approves the Government's Program for the 11th Legislature

Praia, July 1 (Inforpress) - The Council of Ministers approved the Government Program for the 11th Legislature, which establishes the executive's development agenda for the next five years, with the objective of building the "Cabo Verde for All" agenda.

This information was released this afternoon by the Minister of Justice, Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Parliamentary Affairs and Social Communication, Clóvis Silva, at a press conference following the first meeting of the Council of Ministers.

Clóvis Silva explained that the purpose of the meeting was to review the Government's Program, the motion of confidence, and a proposed resolution regarding the application of tariff prices for petroleum products and electricity.

According to the minister, the Government’s programme, known as “Cabo Verde para todos (Cabo Verde for All)”, represents the executive’s commitment to building a country that is “more prosperous, fair, cohesive, modern and inclusive”.
