Praia, Jun 4 (Inforpress) – The vice president of institutional services of the African Development Bank (AfDB) assured that Cabo Verde will have “soon” the Lusophone Compact, explaining that the program has not yet been signed due to agenda issues.
The information was provided to Inforpress by Mateus Magala, on the sidelines of the training workshop on sustainable development, which brought together journalists from various West African countries in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire.
At the time, the official said that the compact was already scheduled to be signed, but “agenda issues” made it impossible to materialize this program to promote economic development for Cabo Verde.
According to him, the signing of this agreement will be made after the AfDB Economic Conference, which will take place this week in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea.
