Praia, Mar 26 (Inforpress) – The Cabo Verde School of Hospitality and Tourism Management (EHTCV) decided to suspend all of its training activities as a measure to prevent the coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19), within the framework of the Contingency Plan decreed by the Government.
The EHTCV management ensures that all logistics have been set up “so that all trainees are at their homes, waiting until the situation normalizes”, with the aim of preserving the safety of trainees and employees.
The head of Marketing & Events at this hotel school, based in Praia, Isilda Monteiro, told to Inforpress that the school ensured that all the trainees have returned to their islands, waiting at their homes until “new orders”, as precautionary measures for the pandemic.
She explained that this was the way found to avoid people to be together, since otherwise, “even if there were no classes, the students would be together in the school residence”.
